Bookings & Availability

Booking requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until Dr Tread has accepted the booking. Estimated arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, current call-outs, tyre availability and other circumstances outside our control.

Quotes & Pricing

Prices will be confirmed before attendance wherever reasonably possible. Additional charges may apply if the job differs materially from the information provided by the customer, requires additional parts or services, or involves additional travel or waiting time.

Tyre Repairs

Not every puncture can be repaired. A tyre will only be repaired where it is considered suitable and safe to do so after inspection. Where a repair is not suitable, replacement may be recommended.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers should provide accurate vehicle, tyre and location information and ensure the vehicle is in a safe and suitable place for work to be carried out. Customers must inform us of any relevant vehicle modifications, locking wheel nuts or unusual access requirements.

Payments

Payment is due when the service is completed unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance. Dr Tread may accept card and cash payments.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Where costs have already been incurred specifically for your booking, these may be chargeable where permitted by law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Dr Tread is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle or wheel damage, defects unrelated to the work carried out, or losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

Fleet & Business Customers

Separate pricing, invoicing or service arrangements may apply to fleet and business customers where agreed in writing.
